Sleep In the dark

The darker it is when you sleep, the more melatonin you produce.  Melatonin is a hormone that helps you fall asleep and stay asleep.

If there is light in your bedroom during the night when you are trying to sleep it can mess with the amount of melatonin you produce (you produce less) and as a result you don’t sleep as well, which means you aren’t recovering as well, which means you are not getting bigger and stronger or leaning out as fast as you could if you were sleeping in total darkness.

Try to sleep in total darkness!  You will sleep better and recover better.
