We all have different jobs,lifestyles,sleep patterns, good/bad habits, good moments not so good moments etc. Regardless, life happens to everyone but make a CHOICE right now to continue to always keep moving forward in every area of life. Something is better than nothing. If you miss a day or 2 or 5. DONT STRESS OR GET UPSET. DONT BEAT YOURSELF UP. Get up and Just get back to it and start with whatever day we’re on. These principles are not just to be applied to working out but to our everyday life! The best is yet to come!! I had a lot of stress from life happening. I could not stop life. I got depressed, low energy levels, no desire to work out or doing anything really. Then I became aware there was a lot more to be grateful for learned these principles and by applying them to my life it has helped me greatly. |
